Booking Capture Me for your Wedding
Before you book
We’ll invite you along to meet us at our studios, or meet you in your own home, for an informal chat about your requirements and a thorough look through our wedding albums. We like to meet all of our clients before they book, so that we can go over what you want and what we can offer. Most importantly, we all need to agree on the timings of the day and make sure that an opportunity exists to take the pictures that you would expect from market leaders, whatever the weather happens to bring!
When you book
You’ll be booked in with your lead photographer and we won’t change that. The person you meet, the photos you see, the images you get – will be taken by the person you first meet with.
Before your wedding
We have a pre-wedding meeting with you shortly before the big day. Where possible, we like to have this at the wedding location itself. We’ll discuss and agree everything with you until you have peace of mind.
On the day
We’ll arrive at the agreed time. One photographer will be with the Bride at bridal headquarters and one will meet up with the Groom and Groomsmen at a social venue of their choice – maybe a Golf course, or at a Gentleman’s club.
We won’t get in the way, we won’t be expecting a coffee and we won’t be hurrying you.
We won’t shout at your guests and order them into endless traditional poses. We won’t stand out like a sore thumb and we won’t let you down.
We won’t knock off early. We’ll stay until we’ve got it all covered!
